A Short Note About Capt. Phil
Captain Phil began his voyage in 1995 and got into the business because he himself ended up on his very first cruise on a ship that he should never have been on in the first place. After doing some research Captain Phil said there had to be a better way. He found that a great many people selling cruises had very little knowledge of the industry and decided that he could help others avoid the same mistake.
To make a long story short he took the time to learn the industry like few others. In less than a year he learned enough about cruising to pass the tests to become an Accredited Cruise Counselor, but continued his education to gain both the knowledge and cruising experience to complete the program and become a Master Cruise Counselor and has held the title for almost 20 years. This is a level of training that relatively few agents accomplish. Captain Phil has been on over 30 cruises and has the knowledge to understand each cruise line and who their target passenger is. He believes that there are no bad cruise lines, just a lot of bad choices when booking a cruise.
